Question Trucks running lean

The truck threw a code today on the way home from a cruz. When I got home I checked the code with a scanner and it said truck too lean. I checked the freeze frame and I was going 14mph 16.9 load 185 degree coolant. 1068 RPMs I dont have a breather cap, Checked for vacume leaks, I dunno what else t could be. Faulty o2 sensor? Any help is appreiated

It's been asked/said before but how many miles on your fuel filter? List your mods too.
