What's wrong with this picture...
Okay, I am a little frustrated with the performance of my truck. To date, the best I have managed, on Nitto Drag Radials, is below. This was about 4 weeks ago at Beech Bend in KY. Temp was81 degrees with barometric pressure around 30.55 and 100% humidity. Here are the numbers:
60ft 1.993
1/8th 8.38@85
1/4 13.03@106mph
Granted the 60ft sucks, but I feel it should have ran better than this. Here are my current mods:
2000L (CUX2)
K&N 12" cone filter (no airbox)
90mm maf
Breather cap
Accufab TB
Electric fan
4.10 gears
FT Valve Body
Cal-Tracs
Boost-bypass
Borla cat-back
Kenne Bell blower@12lbs boost
Diablo Delta chip on track setting (20 degrees timing)
108 octane fuel
Anybody agree this seems a bit slow for the mods?

Even still, he's got 20 degrees of friggin' timing, with 12lbs on the Kenne Bell... You should have left the 13's long ago.
Also, if you think about it, your 60' isn't THAT bad... Especially for only having Nittos.
Have you had your truck dyno'd? I've run better times than that at 80+ degrees, in 90% humidity... All I have is a 6lb lower, on 15 degrees timing.

20 degrees of timing seems way high to me. I feel you would be much safer running around 16 or less degrees of timing.
The 108 octane fuel is it leaded?? Most unleaded racing fuels are 104 octane, if you are running leaded fuel you prob have clogged you cats up. I have a feeling that may be your problem.
I will be back in NJ for some more testing on my KB next week. We learned a lot last time I was there and we only ran 12 degrees of timing. These blowers require a different tune than the stock Eaton blower. We have only got 4 runs total on the KB and one of them we tried something that didn't work, and one we lost traction so bad that we shut those two runs down early.
Next week I will be able to give you a better idea of what you need as far as tunning goes, but I don't think 20 degrees of timing is the way to go.

As for the gas, I had 8 gallons of 93 octane unleaded mixed with 2 gallons of 114 leaded race fuel. It has given no sign of having clogged cats.
I agree that tuning is probably the answer. The problem is, I am 10-12 hours from any of the major tuners. I guess I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and make a trip up to the northeast (unless someone it willing to tune it at NMRA at Bowling Green this year )

Running any amount of leaded fuel will kill your cats fast. Those dyno numbers are pretty low, for your mods... And, as far as tuning, you don't necessarily need to have it dyno tuned, just talk to one of the major tuners who has some experience with the KB. They'll get you on the right track.
Good luck!
