I bought my 00 black lightning used... previous owner seems to have kept the certificate thingy

how can i know which "## out of ##" I am ?

 

Just had to do this myself due to the same problem. Call 1-800-ford-svt. they will ask for your vin#. give it to them and they can tell you your number in about 10 seconds. They will also send you a certificate if you ask for it. All you have to do is fax them a copy of your registration or title, they told me it would take about 2-3 weeks to receive the certificate. hope this helps you
