Pic of my Air Filter ...

I never really checked my air filter. I never really went under my hood only to clean up a bit and what not. I take my truck for a oil change every 3,000 miles and expected my mechanic to do that. Heh...

I guess I can't rely on them anymore eh? Sad. I just wonder how long it was that bad. I just picked up my new one today and put it in. I had Pep Boys rush order it for me. I didn't bother getting a K&N or anything. I'm purchasing the new air intake system soon. But makes me pretty pIS*ed to see that a oil changing facility doesn't even check your air filter :/ Makes me wonder what else they don't check. I might as well start doing this S..iT myself.

Get that air filter kit or at least a K&N.....

No Lightning should be stuck with the stock paper-element filter....NONE.
