Do you have to remove your Spare tire to use these?

That's not my truck. I have something similar in mind though.

I'd like to thank Justin for being the first to offer these to us. Even if in limited numbers. I've been waiting 2 years and don't have a problem with him making a little money off of the deal. I haven't seen anybody else stepping up to the plate.

The hitch and spare both need to be removed, but supposedly there is a relocation kit for both of them!

Then how do you plan on lowering the spare with that key thingy?? lol, I hope I didn't just ruin your day. I know someone who had to completely take his rollpan off after he realized there was no other way to lower the spare (and since he didn't have access to it he wanted to ditch it and save the weight)...

The spare thing was the nail in the coffin for this purchase for me. Whenever i get to my destination, ill most likely ditch it and throwing on that pan. NOTHING looks better then a SM pan, period. Really cleans up the *** end.

My truck needs a serious diet man. I keep adding more weight to it. I think im almost 5000 pounds curb weight as we speak.

I think i could drop 300+ just off the tail dropping the spare, spare bracket, bumper and tsb stablizer bar Theres 3/10ths right there, free mod. If you get the opportunity to get this pan and can live with a spare in the back of the truck bed, go for it.

Thanks for the pics ! It looks pretty sweet and I don't think I can pass it up It should look good with the Roush kit

So now for the other question -- do you use factory bumper brackets or does the SM include new ones? I ask because I am caclulating the cost/reality factor because my stock brackets are bent --

I got a Sir Michaels from Justin and I knew it was a lot of money, But I paid him gladly.. He had the goods, I wanted them and I happily paid him.. I didn't think twice, and I would do it again.. He invested him money and deserves a profit.. Thanks Justin.

Way to go! I have a feeling that in 6 months time, there will be a few people kicking themselves in the a$$ for not jumping on this deal. I've been hearing rumors of these things coming back on the market for 2 years now. They still aren't out there. Even if they do come back in the next month or two, there is going to be serious run on them. The waiting list is going to be outrageous.
