New baby in the family

8 1/2 hour train ride and a 7 hour ride back home after already being up for over 24 hours, and the SVT Focus is home.

2002 SVT Focus in Sonic blue (HIDs, heated seats, audiophile package, moonroof), and these things are hard to find now in this color. I tried to convince her that silver is the fastest but no luck.

Here's Faith seeing the car after the train ride:

And here she is after being washed first thing in the morning, but right before the fuggin rain started up again

Ford Mach HID lights in the front, they are very bright !!!

This is one fun car, even if it only has a 1/3 the HP of the L and the traction control kills launches from a standstill. The car has more handling potential then I could throw at it which made the drive home a blast on the PA turnpike!! I'm so close to trading in the GTI on one, really would be a great compliment to the L as a daily driver. If only it was a tiny bit smaller it would make the perfect *spare tire* for the truck.

Ummmm, those words out of the Gator's mouth .... If you mean the car then just wait til our next meet

Unoid - start at 18.5k new, but we got this one slighltly used b/c Sonic Blue isn't made anymore and our order got cancelled. So there where a few states on the east coast side that had them in stock, but she opted the slightly used route.

92Saleen - about 33mpg coming home, which was mostly highway. Around town I'm gonna guestimate at around 25mpg depend how much you lay into it.

tpgtp - what color was yours that got cancelled? If it was Sonic Blue, email me, we have a list of a few dealers that had it in stock. I think one was PA, one Virginia, and 2 in Florida.

Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to do any mods

It's got an air filter and poly tranny mount in it, and thats all.

... I'll wear her down though, that Jackson Racing supercharger is looking good

Captain, you just have to do it right.
For Christmas for instance, instead of buying her the usual Junk
"they don't want anyway", buy her Mod's. You know their not suppose to return a gift. Although now that I think about it, my X use to sell everything I gave her for B Rock

You know what Capt. Maybe you just better install them while she's working or sleeping and not tell her at all. Women have been known to return anything. Once my X even returned my favorite pair of pants (after I wore them for a couple of yrs.) The crack head saw the same ones at TJ Maxx so she returned mine to feed her drug habbit. Dam I miss those pants.
Not her though
