I used that same kit and it don't work worth s**t (Save your money) still the same mess in the boot, it's sickening. Someone should come up with something that works! Or don't mislead us into thing this stuff works. Some of us are stupid enough to believe what you so called experts spew out. So if a product don't work you people should NOT tell everyone that it does. It's not right and I would not tell you something worked if it didn't

Thank You for listening

actually krueger, that kit can work just depends where the oil is coming from in your particular case. Theres also the driver side which can get oil in your intake as well.

Isn't this the kit I bought a pcv for the passenger side and a one way valve that sticks in the drivers side. I was just so disapointed that it didn't work . I love my truck and do not beat on it and to see that oil in the boot and body just bothered me. so i bought this kit after listening to everyone who I thought knew what the hell they were talking about. I not that great with a problem like this so I went with the flow. Never again It's not the money, Its that it didn't work as everyone was saying Maybe I got the wrong impression if so o well live and learn

krueger

still with the oil in the boot

krueger,
I have the same kit. Mine still pulled oil. I kept the one way valve on the drivers side and then put in a new PCV on the passenger side.

Motorcraft:EV-98-B.
No more oil in the spacer, T-body or boot. Works great...

I’m not trying to mislead anyone with this kit. I'm just trying to pass on information I gained from using the kit in my truck. It worked great for me and I’m happy with it. If it didn’t work for you then don’t use it! Sounds to me like the oil in your truck is coming from a different location.

I have a breather cap for the oil fill on the passenger side; and, I blocked the driver side off, at the intake duct, with a dime. So far so good, and no SES in 3 weeks of use.
