Don't quote me on this, but I think the shackles are the same. If you swap the rear leaf springs, you'll probably have to take out the factory installed 2 degree shims to get the pinion angle back into spec. But don't take our word for it, it's best to measure before and after anyway.

There are several cheap and expensive measuring devices, ranging from simple mechanical protractors to digital/optical jobbers. I used a parallelogram protractor myself. There are some good online resources with lots more info, search Google. One such link I found was:

i lowered
my 94 f150 2wheel drive short bed. i tried lowering shackles did not work, still let the rear did not drop. got a set of perch seat flip leafs droped to low went from a 34" to 18.5".. took degree measure b4 i did all this. 5* on the perch seat ontop of axle and a 10* on the drive line. had an idea for something different took a piece of 4" c channel clamp it to the frame at the rear hangers. drop the spring hangers to the lowest bolt holes drilled out the holes for the c channel bolt it all up and set the pinion to what it was to begin with. should this be the same as lowering or do i have to reset the angle. obw. front is 31" and rear 31" level as can be.
