Is this a good deal?

Im currently looking for a Lightning. Does this sound like a pretty good deal? Should I be worried about the mods?
99 Lightning.
mods include:
8lb lower pulley
autologic chip
90mm maf sensor
flowmaster muffler
boostbypass
20inch kmc wheels w/ 295 45 pirelli scorpian tires
snugtop tonneu cover
autometer phantom series boost gauge.
400rwhp and 524lbfttq
$20,000 obo

Yeah...I certainly would be concerned about the mods....

Try to find a stock truck if you can, it will definitely hold up better in the long run.

The 8# may have taxed the reliability of the truck. JMO.

stay away.. for that $20, find a stock 2000 year model. I paid $19k for my stock 2000 lightning about 3 months ago
