I have one and it's a trick piece. It is billet and really is a lot better method of securing the nitrous nozzle rather than just putting it into the rubber intake boot. The only thing that I don't like about it that it isn't real easy to change the nitrous jets. You can still do it but it's tight. I think Sal might have changed the angle that the nozzle threads in though on his last design. Overall it's well worth the small cost.

1 for a dry nozzle, and 1 for a wet nozzle, (two diff sizes) you use a tiny counter sunk plug on the one you don't use (plugs included)
Mine is Sal's newest design, and it is easy enough to change the jets once installed. Here's the bottom view installed
and here's what it looks like looking straight into the throttle body
