What exactly is the difference between a 2-way and 4-way autologic chip? From what I've been able to find it seems that the chip is exactly the same. The 4way just has 2 extra programs and a 4-way switch??? is this correct?

Say I buy a used 2-way autologic, what has to be done to change it to a 4-way?

What if I buy a 4-way that has nothing on it?

If you buy a 2-way its the same chip but only with 2 programs and a switch to change those programs.

You can upgrade it to a 4-way later, the cost is the differance between a 2-way and 4-way....

Either way is a winner...
