We respond to all emails in a very timely manner (when sent email). Also, all phone messages left are responded to as quick as possible. We do not call back very late or very early unless noted to do so in the message. Sorry this person felt like we were not being fast in responding to his question. The ironic thing about it is he ordered the kit from us.

Hope when he recieves the kit in a timely manner that he will post his results.

Very funny.

 

Last week I emailed Tom at Outrageous Performance, Sal at PSP, Paul at REM and Mark at LFP. All were sent out late at night. Had an immediate response back from Tom with everything I needed. Mark responded the next morning with very competitive pricing. Talked with Sal and Lisa on the phone because I had other business with them. Had a message from Paul at REM two days ago apologizing as they were out of town. Talked to 3 of the 4 on the phone and they were all phenomenal. Ordered a mix of stuff from 2 of the 4. We would all be driving average trucks without their help.

To you guys that do great work along with fantastic customer service.

I agree i emailed tommy a couple of days ago with a question on his exhaust and i got a letter back later that day. He normally pretty good.
