Can TR6's Handle 16#'s

I've got BR7EF's in now, as I wanted a plug that could take some punishment until I got a tune together. It runs pretty good with them except throttle response seems a little sluggish and it feels like its loping somewhat at low rpm. Which brings me to the question of the TR6's. Will they handle 16#'s of boost, and if so, what should I gap them at?

Not sure if TR6s will handle 16lbs of boost, however TR6s handles 20lbs of boost real well on my truck

I wouldnt do it...

He runs a much higher octane gas on the street then we do.

Just because your truck seems sluggish with the BR7's is no reason to pop them out. You need to get your tune handled.

Yea, I agree with FM. I run BR7s with 15 lbs with no sluggishness. It's not the plugs unless it's the 'gaps'???

I dont run boost no where near your level. Mine are at .040... Others gap theirs between .042 and .038.

If i was you Mark, i would try yours at .036. If its still sluggish, try .038.

Thanks ****, had mine at .028 for when I tried 21#'s, will widen them to .035, which should help.
