Most motorcycle dealerships will have a ramp.

My Buell X-1 fits....tailgate up...

Ramp?

I just use the pop a wheelie as I jump the curb...pin point landing...yah know...

You've heard of "The Wall of Death"...well you should hear the Wail of Death...just before I twist the wick...

Now a daze I keep the Lightning in the bed..just incase I have to make a run from any unfriendly dealers....

My 1000 would fit straight in but it put too much pressure on the front of the bed and the tailgate. I would put the front tire over one rail in the bed and slide the rear over a little. It looks straight in the picture but it is slightly off.

yeah I think I came across the same problem with my 600 even. Or was I doing something wrong? Should I be able to fit my gixxer 600 in the bed? Thanks, Shane

I took my L to daytona this year for bike week. I had a TL 1000 in the bed, and trailered a Haybusa, gsx-r 1000, and a gsx-r 750. The TL fit fine with the tailgate up. I was a bit worried pulling all that on my 22's with 30 series tires but it pulled like a champ and looked pretty good =). Gas mileage was another story

The 600, 750, & 1000 are all basically the same size within a 1/2 inch or so. Gearing, chain tightness and so on can also determine the overall wheel base of the bike. You should not have a problem getting it into the bed. I actually prefer pulling mine on a trailer.
