Mechanic Gloves

Yes, the engine is supposed to be warmed up and mechanics gloves are RECOMMENDED. I couldn't remember exactly how to do a compression check (been a few years), and both articles I read said WOT. I would imagine to get maximun air flow to cylinders.

WTF ???

I've been burning my hands on hot motors for 30 YRS
Where do you get mechanics gloves ?
I aint never seen them in all the Speed Shops
and Parts Places I visit often ?
