Question going to the track this weekend for the first time..Any tips?

I'm running my truck this weekend for the first time in 3 years. Just wanted some ideas on what I could run as a best time with my mods.. I'm not very experienced with launching so can someone give me some pointers.. With my slight mods and considering conditions are good with a good 60 ft launch what times can I expect?

if anyone in Ga. familiar with Silver Dollar in Reynolds, thats what track i'm running at.. Any suggestions on launching and weight reduction ideas?

Mods are in my sig with also the addition of Nitto Drag radials.

Wish me luck..i'll post some pics and my time slips when I get back..

With a good launch and decent weather I would say high 12s.

Launching is the key though. I have not had much luck with the nittos at the track. Some like them, I would put pressure at 26 and heat them up real good. Then role into the throttle.

Remember to cool her down real well, ice helps.

Good luck and let us know how it goes

Floor it when the 2nd yellow goes off...... Do not 2 foot unless you have slicks......
