as most of you know of my battle with Ford over the Leaking Intercooler, (I paid cost for the parts and installed it myself)
some good news on the battle:

The leaky I/C fouled my O2 sensors and Clogged the Catalytic convertor. (truck runs like poop right now)
well I did some research and the CFR address this topic. the manufacturer os the vehicle is responsible for the exhaust for 8 years or 80,000 miles.

so for those of you that have bad O2 sensors or a clogged catalytic convertor becuase of the leaky I/C Ford will replace it for FREE....

My truck goes to the dealership on Monday for new O2 sensors and cats.

Even with my aftermarket Cat Back Exhaust, FORD must cover it.
Ford must prove that the cat back system caused the problem, which it didn't, the Leaking I/C did.


So if you have bad O2 or cats, take it to ford provided you are under 80,000 miles!!!

I'll keep you posted on the battle with ford to get my $532.00 for the I/C parts refunded.
