Jim were you being Sarcastic in the other post when you mentioned investment in a Aluminium Block ? Also do you think the Al block will hold the power the 5.4 will make ? If the 4.6 Al block couldnt hold the 03 Cobra Power why is the 5.4 going to be different in someway ? Also what kind of cost are we looking at for this block, currently the 4.6 Al is about $1200 dealer cost. I cant imagine what your going to have to sell these 5.4 blocks at to recover your R&D costs. I dont expect you to give away to many detail so if you could just answer to it being true or joke.
BTW
I do like the idea of a adapter plate to be able to run a 4V, that somebody suggested.

Yes, we did invest in building a new 5.4 and 4.6 aluminum block. It is actually the same mold but the 5.4 has a nine hundred fifty thousanths deck height difference. The block will support 2,000 horsepower. Our engine program has taken off so strong, not just for the Lightnings but in a lot of other areas of racing that is was worth it for us to take this venture. As for the supercharger program we will be posting a video of the 112 that we have been working with Magnum Powers on. We are also coming out with a larger blower very shortly. The 112 with the new design case flows enough air to support 550 RWHP and that's about 640 at the engine.
Hope this helps,

We already do, SVO/FFRP Heads and Modmax Billet Cranks. They also have many stroker kits.

eatoncharged,
The first castings for inspection will be in shortly. After that we will recieve twelve blocks to build all different types of combinations ranging from 331 cubic inches up to 400 cubic inches. After all testing has been done the block should be available ot the public in six months. It will also be available compeltely assembled.
Hope this helps,

This topic brings about an interesting question that has been nagging me. Has anyone developed, or are a set of 32 valve heads available for the 5.4? I was thinking the other night, (12 snack in the cooler next to my chair) and wondered how many more horses one could get with double the amount of valves? Anyone know?
