Question about our hood light

Has anyone tried replacing the bulb under our hoods with a Xenon bulb or hyperwhite? If so, can you please give me the part #? Thanks

Well, I just went to autozone and picked up the PIAA equivalent of our hood bulb. MUCH brighter. I'll try and get some pics tonight.

PIAA bulb for the Cargo Lights is PIAA P/N: P19224 and runs about $10.87, for a twin pack. Are the cargo and under hood bulb the same??

Flying **** is correct. The Part # is 19224. I was in the garage this morning while it was still pitch black outside and I popped the hood just to check it out. What a difference! Definately worth it for evening car shows, etc...
