what does a bad cat sound like?? will it make a truck run rough?? My L has high flow cats and I think one is bad.....i can feel it in my feet....

 

what kind of aftermarket cats. if its the bassani cats then i would bet ones phukered

 

they are the ones REM supplies with the DynaTech LT's.....the drivers side cat will shake a little and sounds like its clogged....sometimes it goes away when it warms up....????

 

sounds like its cracked. i dont like their cats im not sure who mfgs them. havem replaced

 

should I replace them or remove them all together??? After only 2 months it doesnt seem like they should "crack"........and what would cause it to "crack"?? are their any other symptoms I should look for?? I noticed a sulfer smell yesterday too./...

 

remove them, have some carsounds put int place. 20k trouble free with mine

 

Catco's are crap (sold with Bassani)
Carsounds are good (sold with Magnaflow)

I've had nothing but bad luck with the Carsounds. I've been through 2 of them in only a year. I guess I'm just going to have to do without them.
