Only two of the numbers pulled anything up on the site. The EGR and the Upper IC gaskets were all that I could get to come up.

Ya I got the EGR and the upper and lower intercooler gaskets but not the upper intake plenum, so I just decided to call them to make sure I was getting all the right parts and to get the gasket for the upper intake plenum as well. Spoke to Sam who seemed like a real nice guy. Their phone number is 866.941.3673 They had to get all the parts from one of the Ford DCs so they took a couple days to come in otherwise a very pleasant transaction and great prices

Thanks
My lightning is a 2000 which has a different bolt pattern on the supercharger.
I would assume the part numbers are different for some of the gaskets??

Ya the part numbers for the upper and lower intercooler gaskets say 2001-2003, so you would prolly need a different gasket for both since the supercharger bolts run through the intercooler as well. I wouldn't see why the upper intake or EGR would be different though. Try giving them a call...I'm sure they will help you out. Good luck

Good Info!

Thats the way everyone should maintain there truck, car, or anyother vehicle. Sometimes you can find some real ugly stuff on those things.

I just pulled the vacuum line off the passenger side of the upper plenum, reved the engine a little, and sprayed a can of throttle body cleaner right through the blower. hehe

there are several performance shops that provide solutions for this problem (some better then others). LFP offers a breather cap or separator kit. from what i researched though, Vince offers the BEST solution albeit the most expensive. check out his pcv kit: www.lnsauto.com

Good times!
Good times!

This is what a original 99' intercooler will look like after 90k on Mobil 1 and no oil seperator.

It finally started to leak so it was time for a replacement.

I'm going to say at least 60% blockage

Perhaps this is a good time for a Stage 5
