Pics of Fuel Doors Needed

I'm ordering a Pro-Fit, but can't decide on a Powdercoated Black or the polished finish.

Any suggestions??

Leaning towards a polished fuel door (to match my chrome rims), but don't know how it would look with a Black L.

Well, it's not a Pro-Fit door and it's not polished(Geez, alot of help I am eh! hehe!)
Mine is the Mustang Bullitt fuel door with a brushed aluminium finish. It should give you an idea of the contrast on a black L anyway.
IMHO, I think the polished door would look great considering that you have chrome rims also.

I opted to go with the Ford Mustang Bullitt fuel door with a brushed aluminium finish. This fuel door can be had for about $85.00. Install is extremely easy. Requires removal of a couple of bolts that attach the stock fuel door and then you just reattach the Bullitt fuel door. If I remeber right I had to go to the hardware store to buy a couple of small washers. Anyway, the Ford Mustang Bullitt fuel door with brushed aluminium finish looks very good on my '03 Dark Shadow Grey Clearcoat L. I think this door would look equally as good on a black L. This fuel door could easily be polished to a brighter luster if desired. Personally, I think a chrome fuel door may just detract from the look of your L.. Hmmmmmm, to each his own. I know one thing I would not spend $300+ for a fuel door..

Fuel door

I have the Weston fuel door on my Black 99 Lightning. The door is brushed aluminium and looks very good with my chromed Lightning rims. I had a polished door on at onetime but I felt that it was too bling-bling against the black. Weston door was a 5 minute install and cost about $100 bucks from Ben Pilla speed shops here in South Jersey.

I'll go against the trend and vote for the black door, but I like the more understated look.

Anyone suggest a powercoated Black Pro Fit on a Black L, like this:

Don't know if I should order the powdercoated one or the painted one for $150 more.

I have a silver S-7 Pro Fit fuel door. My truck is silver. The black painted doors look great on black trucks. If I was in your shoes, I would have them make me a black one.
