Just wanted to let you all know about two awesome experiences I had with two Lightning vendors. First off, about 2 months ago I spoke with Tim at REM about a FTVB and a Moroso transmission oil pan(Great upgrade) and he said they were running a special on a package deal and he quoted me a price. I told him great I will call back in a few days. Well I did, I ordered the parts but when they came there was a mix up on the parts and the price. To make a long story short Tim fixed everything and stuck by the price he quoted even though it was a pretty low price. I just wanted to say Thumbs Up Tim I will order from you any time.

Second, Soon after installing my FTVB I made a post mentioning how the shifts weren't as firm as I thought they would be and asked for advice. Totally out of the blue Gregg Evans e-mails me and said he would send me out a new one at no cost. Well I just installed the new one and it's perfect. Thanks Gregg, your customer service is top notch.
