that backfire is nuts, but what actualyl caused the hood to come off? Was it just not properly attached?

 

That first vid Takes place In quebec Canada. (St Pie) Thats one of the best tracks in Canada.. very very sticky track. Its the only track I go to since its the best closest track to me. ABout 2 hours away.

My sister had a nitrous backfire once .. Didn't blow her hood off, but she did some damage..

 

is there a difference between a nitrious backfire and a regular backfire? From my understanding backfire is caused by unspent fuel igniting in the manifold, so im confused as to how it could throw a hood off.
