just got my truck and it has quite a few mods already, there are only a few others I plan to do (efan,ftvb,wpump) but im assuming I should not install any until I have them all... then once I get them all, i should get the chip I have reprogrammed...

well I dont wanna send the chip off and wait a week or 2 or whatever it takes to get it back... ( cant drive the truck with the mods and no chip correct???)

so i dont even know if this exist.... but i was wondering if there is a chip that comes with a computer program or something where I can just program it myself with the mods I have.... is there such a thing? and if so... a price and link???

The Predator will allow you to adjust performance parameters of your vehicles by uploading a program to your computer. You wont have total control, but can "adjust" certain characteristics. This will be out in 2 weeks.

 

This will be a great tool as you will also be able to get updates without sending it back. The updates can be sent directly to you via email!!!

There are many ways you can do it. You can get software and all to be able to burn your own chips. I know a few that have done it. The Predator thing should be nice as well. I think only the Cobra one is out right now.

 

yes, thats the one. For some reason, the 03 Cobra got it before the Lightnings even though weve been around 5 years, and the Cobra 1...

 

so will this totally replace the chip we have now? or is it something in addition too
