Jim,
I would love not to bring my civic to an L event. If you can fill some spots that would be great. I am still waiting for everyone to email me so I can get more of a commitment.
I will edit the 1st post to include time slots. You have 12:30

Hey HALFLIFE!
It would be more worth it for Sal if it was a Lightning only event. Plus, you will enjoy it better yourself, believe me. Remember time is also a factor. At this point , Nov 15 is just a few days away. It might be wise to move it for later so that we COULD get the 15 trucks going, right.
I`m working on getting a couple of guys to go, so bear with me.
It will be nice to meet you guys.

Just got home from the dyno, and yes I did speak to halflife on the phone when he called. I will come on Saturday to help out and do some tuning. I will be able to some tuning but keep in mind that because this is a dyno day, I cannot tie the dyno up with hours of tuning, or you'll never get all the vehicles done. This is why I am offering a special rate for tuning on this day. I normally get $100 for the first hour, $50 each additional hour for tuning. But since I can't commit that kind of time for obvious reasons, this is what I will do....

If I tune your truck during the 3 pulls in the dyno day special, it will be $50. If we go past the 3rd pull (up to the vehicle owner if he wants to continue), it will be $75 for my tuning, and whatever Mustang Magic charges for the additional run. I think this a very fair deal, and people should take advantage of it.

There is one thing that I'd like to mention. If you truck has never had a chip, PLEASE clean your PCM off and get it ready for a chip BEFORE you come. This way it's one less thing to hold up the flow of the dyno.

If anyone has any questions about me tuning on Saturday, please feel free to ask.

Well it is official, Sal is in!!!

Jimfalkis: I think some people are only in because it is this Saturday. Also check the 1st post on this tread for updates.

We Only Need Ten Trucks And They Will Do It For $75 for 3 runs A/F

I think this is a sick deal and we all should jump on it.

So far it looks like it will be all Lightning except one notchback mustang. I am only going to bring my rice rocket if we need another car for the discount.

I'm def in for the event, put me anywhere in the slot but I only have a JLP ram air and a Magnaflow catback, so my session on the dyno wont be to tough.....I'd love to talk to Sal about some of the things I'd like to do to my truck, but I dont have anywhere near the cash to afford a chip or anything right now....maybe after christmas for that....Its great to know Sal and his monster will be at the show, it'll be the first time I got to see it personally.

I'll be there way before my time slot and probably stay till way after it....does anyone have Rob 02's number so maybe we can get him in on the action...

Just a side note, I've been getting quite a few private inquiries about tuning on this dyno day...

You guys don't have to wait for a dyno day for tuning. I can set up dyno sessions anytime for people who want custom tuning. If you are in the surrounding area (NY, NJ, CT, etc), it's definitely worth the trip to come get your truck tuned properly. All you have to do is contact me and set it up. Just FYI.

Hey LightningTuner!
I already have one of your programs and it does in fact work great. Do you think it`s worth it for me to have it re-tuned at Dyno-Day?
