Ok, please refrain yourselves from laughter, I have a stupid question:

Do I have to purchase both the keypad and the handle? If so, I know that I have the YN silver paint scheme on my 2000L, But which # out of the 2 keypad #'s am I suppost to use?
straight from the website link
the Y may have been a 4, try both.
keypad - $72
XL3Z-14A626-AA
YL3Z-14A626-AA
door handle - $50
XL1Z-7822405-BAK silver (YN)handle
XL1Z-7822405-DAB red (E4)handle
XL1Z-7822405-BAJ white (Y0)handle
XL1Z-7822405-BAH black (UA) handle
silver - YN
red - E4
black - UA
white - YO

1. I've found you get what you pay for.
Cheaper is not always better.

2. If you get the "stick on" version, what's to prevent somebody from removing it and using it on their own car/truck?

007IGHTNING posted an Ebay link that shows a pic. And is it fugly? Can you say J.C. Whitney? That thing looks like a dollar store add-on.

Nothing.....

The wired version is cheap and easy....

The tough part is that you are working in the door which is not easy if you have big hands

Its a great mod.... Use it all the time...

If i did the stick on version, I would probly stick it under the truck somewhere. Like on the under side of the cab. Not sure if it would work but it might.

But since im cheap i just bought a extra key clicker deal and hid it on the underside of my truck. So if the keys get locked in i can still get in. Might have to get a lil dirty getting the clicker but it works.
