Stan's truck was the first L I'd ever seen in person with a cage. That was over a year and a half ago at FFW in Houston. He's a super nice guy and deserves the recognition.

Here are a couple of pics of his truck that I took back then.

Stan,

Can you elaborate on the engine relocation? How difficult is it? Is there enoough slack in most of the wiring/hoses that they are OK or is it a major tearup? To me, that's basically "free" handling improvement.

Thanks, Randy

Thanks my computer is down[again] and am at the ford dealership looking at this!!
As for spring rates not even close!!I am past 1800 on the front and 600 on the rear. That is about as close as I am going to say.But suprisingly I still ride smooth and not to firm thanks to the QAs'.As for motor relocate I made the stuff to do that [as well as many of the parts on the truck]Is really easy to do untill you have to start doing the exhaust[which was no problem for me since I made the exhaust on the truck] and with the IRS I did not have to do anything to the driveshaft either.Just correct my driveshaft angles because I droped the motor. There are many "other" mods done to the truck to have the endurance that is required for the 90+mile 160mph+ runs.
My nav that I used in the SIlverstate this last time said it best.'My grandmother could drive this thing at 140 one handed!"At the end of the event he said he was bored at 160.The truck handled so good. Thanks again.Stan

No,since my computer is down I do some contract work for the dealer and have access to alot of the equipment when I need it.As for voiding the warranty IT finially was about a month before it ran out of time. But I got it reinstated a few days later just to prove to the dealer that did it that they could not do it on such flimsy reason[Trailer had team letters on it!!}STan
