Dodge Hemi beats Ford F150

I've seen that commercial a few times. It's a 2004 F150 vs. a 2004 Dodge Hemi, recreating the Ford commercial where the F150's pulling a late 60's Mustang and pulls away from the Dodge pulling the 60's Charger. But only this time, out of 280 pulls, the Dodge wins every time. "Supposedly" it was an independant test, but those are easy to adjust the outcome. Who knows where the overall finish line was, there could've been a large difference in trailer weight, etc. You get the picture.

OH, I have not seen the Ford version of the commercial.

They probably took a base F150 4.6 and put it against the Hemi...
Lets see the Lightning vs the Hemi towing... They would have to do split screen to keep up

hp doesn't mean much anymore, when the engines are close. the pcm's decide how much hp and where in the rpm range you are going to get it. probably more for tranny life and emissions than power. the hemi's aren't real impressive on a rear wheel dyno either, losing 80plus hp
It's so bad, that some of the Tundra guys are supercharging (TRD supercharger) their Tundras and are running 14.7s AFTER the install! All that for the bargain price of $3500! They have a "piggyback" computer that comes with the s/c to cut even more power so Toyota can warranty the setup.
Try, try, try as they may, they just can't keep up.
