If you have the tools to do it yourself, plan on about 6-8 hours depending on if you run into snags and how many breaks you take.
It's not to hard, a few bolts are a pain (mainly the stock hanger bolts that hold rear leafs). The front springs you want to take your time with an be carefull.

I did mine solo in the garage on jack stands in about 12 hours. About 4-5 of that was installing the urethane bushings I did at the same time. It is a great DIY mod. You will learn a bunch about your L. Not complicated at all. Simply removing stock parts and installing the new parts. No cutting, bending, welding, etc needed. Get under there and get busy.
