Exhaust clamp hitting traction bars

My 01 LTNG is lowered 2 inches in rear, I repositioned the clamp by cutting off the tab with a Dremmel two years ago, this is a sure and simple fix. Another option is to replace the clamp with a DYNOMAX Stainless Steel Exhaust clamp, you can find them in Summit Catalog; 2 1/2 inch part number is WLK-33240, 3 inch part number is WLK-33278. To use one of them you must completely grind off the tab, the clamp is about .040 thick. This will give you lots of clearance. If you do not have a Summit Catalog just call 800-230-3030.

I have used these clamps on modified exhaust systems for years, work great and do not take up hardly any space.
