Has anyone used wheel spacers to push the rear wheels out a little on their L? I have an 03L with stock F1s. My local truck shop says that they have some billet spacers (not aluminum) that are offroad tough. I am thinking about putting on an inch and a half or maybe just an inch spacer on each rear wheel; just to push the tires right out to the edge, but not sticking out like the green cadillac from up town with the gold 13's.

Has anyone tried it? Will they just shear off when I hammer it twice a day on the way to and from work? ?
