Thank you Justin, JDM, and Magnum Powers!

The Fed-Ex man just left.

I'm not dancing around in excitement or anything. Well, OK. I am! This is better than Christmas ever was. Except for that time with the Korean twins and the..... Oh, never mind.

Now I have to get this bad boy on.

Yes. That's why I chose the MP over the the Works 140 or KB. I think the engine will hold up better. I'm not planning anything extreme. I want to make more power without pushing the stock blower to hard, and still have the option of turning things up to 'silly' later on.

What does the Magnum Powers blower offer so the engine would last longer? Cooler air charge temperature over the Works or KB? Less boost than the Works or KB? Please explain because I don't understand the statement I quoted.

very good question!

from looking at the picture the bottom port looks larger than the stock eaton port.

Perhaps someone could take some measurements to confirm my speculation.

What I was trying to say was that the MP is more efficient than the stock blower, I can make more power with less stress to the blower, and a cooler air charge to the engine. The MP, being a roots type blower, makes power very much the same way the stock blower does. It just displaces more air, due to it's design improvements. The KB and Works 140 would be overkill for my intentions. I have no illusions as to which blowers are on the top of the heap. For the price, the MP is a very good deal. At least, I think so.

Why is that? He says," That's why I chose the MP over the the Works 140 or KB. I think the engine will hold up better.

I'd like to understand what that means. So, instead of coming on here and then offer up a suggestion as to why the engine would hold up better with a Magnum Powers blower over a KB or Work.
