If the situation was something like, diablo was plugged into a stock engine and it blew up on the first WOT run without any major modifications, or its doing something to the engine that the tuner doesnt tell it to, or the product is simply not functioning properly, then yes its justified, but to just say, a tune blew up an engine, thats a bad tuning tool, pffft, thats a load. I bought a 10 mm wrench and jammed it in my intake, thats one bad ****ing wrench.
