DG Interior

I would like to get a kit like this but i dont want carbon fiber...I would like to get something in a shiny black

yea thats the link...but $400 dollars isnt worth it..Im looking for it in a shiny black....How hard would it be to do it myself?

I'm doing the big piece that makes the upper dash and surrounds the radio trim right now(I think its the same piece that Vinnie has painted shiny black). The only reason I'm doing it is I'm molding a fiberglass gauge pod right into the piece and then laying a thin layer of glass over the rest. After that sand it smooth and paint with a gloss black.

It won't be done for a few weeks, but hopefully turns out nice.

real carbon fiber or not, "stick on" kits look cheesy ...definitely not worth THAT much money either
