before - completely stock

HP = 406.0
Torque = 417.8

After - prototype cat-back system

HP = 417.8
Torque = 456.7

The before run was done about ten degrees cooler than the after run, so all things being equal, the results should be a bit better."

Exactly....I could care less about hearing the latest numbers on every upgrade for something not related to this board. It never even crossed my mind to go visit the dodge boards and report to them every upgrade. I can imagine what goes on over there....."Ya dudes, I got a hundredth off my quarter mile times driving nekkid after a bowel movement...It was S..W..E..E..A..A..T !"

My CHrysler concorde dynoed at stock

175hp
170ft-lbs

thats the 2.7L V6 DOHC engine

Now after adding a 55hp Zex kit I got

236hp
220ft-lbs@!

Cool huh!

 

Drivetrain loss is about 20% for the Lightning also.

 

Thats not what others say. I heard its only 12% or something.

 

40lbs of torque from an exhaust? This is a gas v10 and not a diesel right?

 

12-15% is more the norm, but it also depends on the conditions and type of dyno being used. Operators can also play a factor in the actual numbers.
