Not that it makes any difference, but here it goes...the short version. I paid about $48,00 for the 03 Vette back in late 02. I sold my 01 L. for $28,000 and put that down on the 03 Vette. Along with another $10,000 which I got from selling one of my Harleys. With the 0% financing, that left about $10,000 left for GMAC to finance. I got $34,000 from Allstate for the accident (the other guy) and all I had to do was pay GMAC the remaining $8,000 or so that was left on the loan. The $26,000 I had left from the pay off went to my Ford Dealer for the 04 L. There you go...$8,000. was financed. Now that my brain is fried, I think I'll go for a ride. After all is said and done, I am happy with the outcome.
