well I'm back now......unfortunetly before I left I didnt know that the race was a radial tire only type....so I couldnt use my slicks and I lost in the first round. Damn Stealth TT.....I was forced to use what was a pretty good set of Nittos and my street tires to race so I couldnt get a 60' for hell....fastest of the day was a 13.01 @ 105....w/ a 1.99 60', and man was it ever hot.....the overhead console read a steady 78.....Oh well still had a decent time just wish I could of used my slicks instead of my street tires.....I hope these things hold out as bald as they are for a lil so I get time to put on some new ones....I have a stack of F1s that I may put on, who knows.

I see by the pic that you weren't too concerned about that..LOL
If you spin them, or slicks for that matter, too much you can get them too hot and they become slippery.
I would spin them in first gear then shift into second and when you hit redline, let off the brake and drive out of the burnout while letting off the gas. You should feel them hook as you come out of the burnout. Burnouts will vary depending on the track, but too much is never good!
