Some info on your truck would be helpful

Is it stock ?
If not list your mods
What was the last thing you changed ?
When did you change your fuel filter ?

To take a wild *** guess at the lean codes it would be dur eto the Granatelli mass air - It is likely not calibrated to match your truck.

The Egr flow problem is likely something else - Try searching here for that - I bet there are 100 threads to pick from with the same issue...

Good Luck

Lean codes check your MAF it may be dirty. The EGR code is prolly a DPFE sensor. Hope this helps
