JL Need Your Help !!

My mechanic had torn down your short block to install your Stage II cams & heads and noticed some piston damage. I knew I couldn't have been that lucky last spring when I was eating plugs right and left ( I had installed wrong chip with wrong tune)

Anyway if you could call him John he has a few tech questions on which way to proceed. His name is Rob (907-232-1589). If we need some parts he will get in touch with me and I will order them from you or Sue, or you could send them on to Rob then contact me for payment.

not to sound like a jackass but honestly this is probably something best left offline.

Appreciate your concern, but if someone can figure a con on the few facts I presented, then I think I am toast. If you are concerned about what I think about JL or Rob then rest assured, because I have high respect for both of them. The plug problem was my own doing and had nothing to do with JL's tune. My main problem is the time zone difference beetween JL & myself and trouble getting through to JLP because of it.

I sort of agree with you. The problem is getting through to JL, as he is on the road alot and his phone does alot of business I know he reads this forum as often as he can, the reason I choose this method. I am not out to abuse the forum, I am just trying to get my truck fixed.

You would not offend me at all by removing this thread. I am sure this space could be put to much better use by grinomyte who, by the way, authored this worthwhile post

"BWAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA

Priceless"

Are we getting a little too picky here?

JL

Just to let anyone who is curious know, JL called the mechanic working on my truck and answered all the questions he had. Hopefully I'll be heading up to get it next week. Got a new set of Hoosiers that I hope will get put to good use
