New fuel filter

I changed my fuel filter yesterday. Cut it open and it was damn near black it was so filthy. Truck has 32,000 miles on it. I wasn't having any issues with the truck running good but it was time to change it out and I had read they tend to get dirty. I was suprised at how dirty it was and that I wasn't having any problems.

Results:

Nothing amazing. Truck FEELS like it runs a little smoother, maybe even stronger. I was suprised at how dirty it was and that I wasn't having any problems.

I will start changing every 9,000 miles just to be on the safe side. Took 10 minutes and cost less than $10. Cheap insurance.

Later,

Mook

new lighting owner

I just recently purchased a 99L. It has 32,000 miles. the dealer ship did the normal preventative maintenance. Is there anything else I should be aware of?? I'm am not having any problems as of yet. I'm also not very heavy in the foot area.....not yet. Is there any simple and inexpensive solutions for a little extra ponies??

From: Colorado,
Hi
Check the supporting vendors to the left under main menu.

There is the list for supporting vendors.

Cold air intake
chip
pulley's

Look closely there may be some mods already done.
I bought a 99 and found a super chip plugged in after I got home.
It is under the plastic on the passengers side kick panel.
You can also check the contacts to see if there ever was on on it.
The insulation will be scraped off.

Let the mods begin
