Engine Removal
I was stunned to see the picture of Superfords engine removal procedure (Deja vu again). First, I envy the space, light and the clean area - but to see the cab on a lift off the chassis blew me away. I thought "hmmm, that might be the easiest way" and then thought about those little probems like the steering, brake lines, wiring harnesses and such.
I know the engine bay is tight and the engine is right up against the firewall, but what is the easiest way to pull the engine?

i think you'll get mixed opinions but it all boils down to the tools you have and the knowledge. i pulled my motor but if i had to do it again and had a lift i'd pull the cab. It also depends how deep in the motor you want to go. if it is just the heads you might just want to lift the cab. just my $.02
