whistling sound? wtf?

whistling sound? wtf?
Ok, so I am getting this whistling sound occasionally, but only when the wheel is off center. between 10-45mph... not throwing any codes, all connections look tight under the hood. definitely coming from the front, and not wind noise. usually when teh wheel is ****ed to the left a little bit. should i be worried?
