I believe the only diff is the TPS.
Lightning, '99-'04
Harley, '99-'03
$ 459
LHE-TBB01 10 lbs
This single-blade throttle body replaces the stock two-throat throttle body on your 2003 Cobra and will increase your horsepower by 1 Milllllllllllllllllllllllion HP (I added that part)
JDM seems to list the same part number ???
And I remember when I bought mine from LFP,
they asked if I needed a L or Cobra TPS
Call JDM and ask them, but I think it's the same cept TPS
(you can just use your original one)

The Lightning and Cobra throttle brackets are different(one up, one downward facing). You should be able make it work by swapping the Lightning bracket off of you stock unit onto the throttle body. Don't know how they attach on an Accufab, but on the original SVO unit, you had to grind it off where it was staked to the shaft, and then tack weld, or drill, tap and screw the new one back onto the shaft. In addition, the Cobra TB will have an extra port for the intake air solenoid, which should get blocked off by the Lightning gasket and will be of no consequence. For free, I'd take it and make it work, or use it on my Cobra.
