Krazy Koncepts
I don't have a lightning, but am a big fan, and went with a friend of mine to Krazy Koncepts (www.krazykoncepts.com) in Portland to pick up his 02 L. He just got a chip, filter, pulley, and FTVB put in.
There were several Lightnings there I took a few pics when I was there, sorry for the quality it was with a cell phone camera.
His lightning flies now, I thought it did when it was stock. The tech guy Krazy Koncepts said on some Ls when he puts those mods on traction is fine, but on some it isn't. On my friend's it isn't he burns them very easily, so he is probably gonna get some traction bars.
The FTVB is amazing, it throws you back with each shift, and from 1 to 2 it will leave a nice burnout mark and chirp the tires hard.
My friend is thinking hard of slapping this on his truck next time he goes back.
The guys there really know their stuff, in my opinion, so go to krazy koncepts if you have the opportunity,
