yes, inspected for what?
state inspection? if so what state?
emissions test/inspection? if so what state and locality.
and by take your "tune" out do you mean remove your chip? or are you using a predator or sct handheld?
either way, I don't think that should be an issue.

I am not worried about the emissions, just when they hook the state computer up to my computer.
