save your money and just put on a muffler... catbacks really don't do much save for change the sound.. if you're looking for performance, buy a chip filter and 4lb pulley from one of the supporting vendors.. for most of the popular vendors' websites check this thread:

I 2nd the motion for a chip,filter and 4# lower pulley.. Well under $800!!
Everybody has a preference on what vendor to use... I used/bought from JLP but It seems that PSP is also just as good for the most part..
Good luck and happy modding...By the way...Exhaust= NO POWER GAINS>>>JUST NOISE!!
P.S Make sure the Intercooler Recall has been done on your 99..You can go to the dealer and let them run a Oasis report to find out
