btw, we bought the wife a 04 Explorer Sport Trac XLT Premium. Super Nice ride. Could not have asked for better timing on it. Great rebates, plus x-plan, plus her Grand Am was falling apart. Thing I like the most about it is the heated leather seats. nice on those cold Michigan mornings.

FASTRNU, do you want to put latemodels in? I got tied up yesterday and didn't get it in?

Latmodle, please let FASTRNU get you the X-plan. That will complete his set.

I have several people in my plant wanting to help. So if he is out I will get you a pin in 1 hr.

Suavy, got the email from you and ford. Thank you so much for this, it is greatly appreciated.

Also, I remember that on ford's site somewhere that you can build a vehicle to your specs and the price will come out as the x-plan price, do you know where that is on the site or have a link to it? Thanks again.

Canadian X Plan

Suavy,

Does the X plan exist in Canada and are your pins good here?

Suavy,

I just heard about your generous offer. I am hoping the offer is still out there please contact me at coachchris@earthlinknet so I know what information you need and what I need to do. I have ordered my truck already but this would be a great gift and help.

Thanks in advance
Coach

Not real sure but I think American A & X plans are not good in Canada. I had a gentleman who wanted one in Canada and he checked it out and was told it had to be from a Canadian Ford employee. Who knows? Maybe they have changed their policy since then.

Suavy....

You certainly seem to be working hard to help the guys on the forum.
Well done !

I hope by now that you got my e mail and have seen the link to the way the discussion started out on the KR forum !!

It started out innocently enough with a request to help understand the system for a couple of English friends who are over here and have a "legal" pin number because their son works for Ford (UK).

What I couldn't understand was how other people could "obtain" pins and use them.
I guess any sales are good sales ?
Keeping the work force employed and pushing out the fabulous vehicles that are appearing.
What Ford did for Jaguar is amazing, and that new Mustang is an absolute sure fire winner.

I don't think I've ever seen a car look so right !!!

I'm sure even the Europeans will be bowled over...well I know they are....just like with the GT !

Anyway I will forward you another e mail with appropraite details hoping I can make use of a PIN when the KR Expedition comes out in the Spring !!

Thanks again, and surely there must be something we can all do in return ?

Cheers

Lenny

Lenny, sent you an e-mail with your pin.

I haven't seen the post you are talking about?

Please send me a link. I have no worries about defending what I have been up to. Further I have been working through my HR dpt. I requested a memo giving me the green light to do so.

What was their concerns?

Suavy
