How much timing are you guys running in you cold weather or safe tune, and what oct. gas, and how much boost

93oct and 14deg. timing.
I will see 14-15# of boost in the winter. I dont see it much
though, I take it easy in the winter.

Well for me it is a period of about 6 month where the temperatures are between 15 and 50 degrees.

Well, I don't know how safe my tune is yet but tonight I gave my L a run and saw 16lb of boost(on my stock block ). It was about 50 degrees when I did it. Hopefully I can get to the dyno soon.

I currently have 18* in it running a 4# lower 12-13psi I guess. I ran it in 55* air and no pinging but I think I'm pushing it. I'm taking it down to 15-16* for the consistant 55* and under weather.

P.S I run only Sunoco 93 ( they killed off 94? ) or Amoco/BP 93 all the time.

 

I'm running 16 degrees, but it hasn't cooled off here in Miami yet.

Side 1 or non-race side of flipchip:

12 degrees timing, 92 octane gas, 15 to 16 #'s of boost.
Also on the dyno the air fuel was 11.4 to 11.8.
Even with that safe a tune I dont keep my foot in it for very long if the tempature is 40 or lower.
