check out JDM's post. They claim 14 hp on a modified L (basic bolt on) I believe Frank5L picked up like 26 or 27 in torque.

get the C&L upper intake and the phenolic spacer. Or you could always go the 35 shot nitrous route but that doesnt last long before it becomes a 50 then a 75.

If I were you it would be in this order:

C&L Plenum...
Wide Band Commander (highly recommended)
QA1 shocks

I have the signature below and I have sitting in my living room

e-fan
cobra water pump
170 thermostat
Sylvania HID Xenarc head lights

I have backordered, should ship next thursday

C&L Plenum
Single Blade Throttle body
traction bars
QA1's (not ordered, yet, waiting on a possible group guy)

Don't know if there is anything else for me either....

Great suggestions above... Only two other things popped into my head. DS Loop and Interchiller.

You have a new setup so far. I would go for a torque converter 2400-2600. I think you will get the most benefit out of what you got so far.

The heat exchanger is ok I guess I didn't see no gains from it. The only reason I have it is that found a person that would buy my stock heat exchanger for $400.. I know what a deal. Paid 389 for the new heat exchanger.

I self ported my plenum with a pencil grainder in less than an hour taking my time. I am really pleased my results. I installed the pholonic spacer with a slight port job and made sure the openings matched. So you can go away without the C&L Plenum if you don't mind doing it yourself.

Yep, read the link above... It basically is a unit that will data log your rpm's/af/throttle % and show you on an easy to see laptop screen and if you don't want to have the laptop in the car... you just flip a switch and it will record it in it's little brain and then you can down load it later. It also has an a/f guage with it that is very accurate since it is hooded directly to a coil plug, tps sensor, and had it's own HIGH QUALITY O2 sensor that you hook into your exaust... It is a great setup and allows you to keep an eye on what I think is the most important number a/f. It prints it on a gragh that looks just like the bottom of a wide band run on a dyno...
